7Third-Party Integrations

Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account through Instagram Login for Business, you authorize us to:

  • Access your Instagram profile information, media, comments, direct messages, and insights as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Receive webhook events from Meta/Instagram for new messages and related activity on your connected account

You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Inflow dashboard, or directly within Instagram at Settings -> Apps and Websites -> Active.

Your Responsibilities

When using the Instagram integration, you agree to:

  • Only connect Instagram accounts you own or have explicit authorization to use on behalf of the account owner
  • Use the Inflow service in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Instagram Terms of Use
  • Not use the service to scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect Instagram data belonging to accounts you do not own or have no authorization to access
  • Ensure that any third parties on whose behalf you connect an Instagram account have been informed of, and consented to, the processing of their data by Inflow

Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Meta/Instagram service outages, rate limits, or changes to the Instagram API
  • Loss of Instagram data due to your actions, revocation of permissions, or actions taken by Meta
  • Changes to Meta permissions or App Review outcomes that affect the availability of specific features
  • Conflicts between Inflow and other Instagram-connected applications you use (for example, automation tools such as ManyChat)

8Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your connected Instagram access tokens and associated data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
